Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when payments made in OMEN: Last Bastion may or may not be refunded. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Tournament Rules.
1. Digital Nature of Purchases
Purchases in the Game — including in-game currencies, upgrades, cosmetics, digital collectibles, and competition entries — are digital goods and services delivered immediately or made available for immediate use. Because they are consumed or made accessible on delivery, they are generally non-refundable.
2. Competition Entries
An entry fee for a Tournament, or a paid Ranked Campaign extra run, is generally non-refundable once your entry is confirmed and a server-issued run seed or run token has been generated for you, because your place in the competition and its fair, standard conditions have been created at that point. Re-entry fees are likewise non-refundable once the additional attempt is issued. Prize pools are not final until an event is officially locked and settled.
3. On-Chain Transactions
Transactions confirmed on a blockchain are irreversible by nature. We cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction, and network, gas, or transaction fees are not refundable.
4. When We May Provide a Remedy
We want the Game to be fair. At our reasonable discretion, and subject to review, we may credit, reverse, or otherwise remedy a charge in situations such as:
- a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge caused by a system error;
- an amount charged for a competition entry where a verified technical failure on our side prevented you from taking any run and no seed was consumed; or
- where a refund or remedy is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Remedies may be provided as in-game credit or in the original currency, at our discretion and subject to anti-cheat and account-standing review.
5. Beta Adjustments
The Game is in active beta. Balances, rewards, purchases, marketplace features, tournament results, and withdrawal functions may be adjusted, simulated, reset, limited, or temporarily unavailable. Where a beta adjustment affects a paid item, we will act reasonably and in good faith; this does not create a general right to a refund.
6. How to Request Review
To ask us to review a charge, contact the OMEN: Last Bastion team through the official OMEN support channels linked in-game as soon as possible after the charge, and include your OMEN account identifier, the approximate date and time, the amount and currency, and a description of the issue. We will review eligible requests and respond as required by applicable law.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of associated balances and entries pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
